2 cr, 12 clin This course is designed for technologists with a valid PTR limited license (excludes chiropractic and podiatry licenses) to practice upper and lower extremities, chest, abdomen, and pelvis exams in order to transfer prior radiographic experience into the Radiologic Technology program. PRE: Completion of standard prrequisites needed for entrance into the Radiology program NOTE: Program Director's approval is needed for entry into this course

3 cr, 2 lec, 1 lab Introduction to radiographic positioning terminology, patient positioning, equipment, manipulation and evaluation of images for proper visualization of anatomy and pathology. PRE: RAD 100 COREQ: RAD 110, RAD 115, and RAD 120 NOTE: Must currently be in the Radiologic Technology program.

3 cr, 2 lec, 3 lab Introduces the student to positioning of the vertebral column, bony thorax, cranium, mobile and intraoperative radiography. Continues study of radiographic technique. Includes patient care and management. Includes foundation skills and workplace competencies. PRE/COREQ: RAD 105 and concurrent enrollment in other radiology courses. NOTE: Must currently be in the Radiologic Technology program.

3 cr, 3 lec Comprehensive study of human anatomy and physiology as related to the image, including advanced localization and identification of human anatomy on the radiographic image. PRE: BIO 160 or BIO 201 and BIO 202 NOTE: Must currently be in the Radiologic Technology program.
