This course is designed to provide a paid cooperative work experience directly related to the telecommunications technology field. Students enrolled in this course must be employed no more than five (5) hours per week for each semester hour of credit. The average hours worked each week will determine the number of credit hours allowed. Grades are based on the successful completion of the work experience as judged by the student's work supervisor and the faculty coordinator. This course is designed to increase appreciation of contemporary theater. Emphasis is given to the theater as an art form through the study of the history and theory of drama and the contributions of playwright, actor, director, designer, and technician to modern media. Attendance at theater productions may be required.
