Independent research and completion of students' chosen Keystone Project developed during the preceding three semesters in ARHU105, ARHU 106 and ARHU205. Willmeet as a class during the early part of the semester and discuss issues in humanities scholarship including theory, methodology and pedagogy.

Colloquium designed to improve students' skills in literary and communication arts through lectures and discussions on the history and craft of writing across cultures. Topics include poetry and fiction in translation, writing for different media, genre writing, autobiography and memoir, and publishing and publication: the history and future of the book. Regular class attendance, participation and some written work will be expected of students.
