Students will develop clinical skills in the following areas: assessment of occupational function and performance skills; application of therapeutic techniques & intervention approaches to promote and restore occupational performance, play skills, school function, and social participation; implementation of strategies designed to preserve or maintain function in the areas listed above; identify methods for task or environmental modification or adaptation; and the provision of techniques that address disability prevention.
