SPAN 100: Elementary Spanish I

Introduction to elementary structures in the Spanish language. Emphasis on listening comprehension, pronunciation, basic vocabulary, and grammar structures necessary for developing oral proficiency skills. Classroom work is extended and enhanced by coordinated student use of laboratory facilities for oral comprehension and pronunciation exercises, vocabulary acquisition, grammar, and spelling exercises. Lab attendance required.
