Eight hours of lecture/laboratory per week including a total of forty hours of participation in secondary science classroom teaching or tutoring. This capstone course is designed for teacher candidates who will be teaching science, particularly at the secondary level. Pedagogy content centers on effectively developing, delivering, and assessing science knowledge in a secondary school classroom based on national and state teaching standards.
