Office and managerial duties such as client communication, admitting and discharging patients, scheduling, ordering, and inventory control will be presented. Course content will also focus on teamwork dynamics and compassion fatigue in regards to the veterinary profession. General cleaning and maintenance protocols of various clinical settings will also be presented. PREREQUISITES: Admission into applicable program.
