Fundamentals of Social Work Research Introduces students to the components of quantitative and qualitative research methods and describes how research is designed to conduct studies which seek to improve social work practice. Introduces the basic concepts of the social work research process as well as the methods that are employed. Students develop a framework for critically evaluating 1) methods employed in current social work research; and 2) potential benefits of applying these research findings to social work practice.
