The morning session will illustrate how to develop an effective risk management plan and how to implement effective leadership, policies, and communications with the public. The afternoon session will concentrate on criminal profiling. The instructors will demonstrate how criminal profiling can be used as an essential tool in catching criminals or in investigating a crime scene. Both topics will aide not only law enforcement officials but deputies, officers and jailers as well in going their jobs.
