It presents fundamental elements that form an effective safety program. The elements are designed with situations and ideas that allow for a successful implementation of a safety program. The necessary OSHA forms, data collection, reporting and posting is covered. This course is applicable for the safety and non-safety professional responsible for safety function. Through case studies, measurement and monitoring techniques, including recommendations for implementation, this course covers management strategies to effectively evaluate safety programs.
