Students will simulate the operation of a full service hotel in a variety of competitive environments. Through the simulation of realistic business situations, HOTS provides learning with an opportunity to analyze the cause and effect of decisions in the areas of business planning, operation, finance, and revenue management, cost control, sales and marketing, customer service and human resources.
