NRN 91: Nursing Work Study

Prerequisite: NRN-2. This nursing work study is designed to correlate instructional theory with related clinical experience. The student will have an opportunity for refinement of previously learned nursing skills and further competency development in clinical practice under the supervision of a registered nurse preceptor at a clinical facility. Subsequent enrollment in additional semesters will offer the student an opportunity for mastery of clinical skills. May be taken a total of four times. 27 hours laboratory. (Pass/No Pass only.)
