Professional designers present design problems to be solved within the "moderately priced" market. Students develop ideas based on specific direction, fabric, color, etc. Sketches for garments are edited and critiqued under the guidance of professional designers. The spring semester focuses on the study of higher-priced apparel in preparation for senior level work. Prerequisite: FSHD211 Introduction to Design.
