Description: This course is designed for the athlete, student of dance/ drama, and others to help increase overall performance. Exercises to increase strength, endurance, flexibility, muscle tone and poise are used. Concepts of nutrition, prevention and care of injury, yoga, ballet, and body alignment are covered in detail. Read & analyze plays, study theatre architecture & stage design, learn about major historical figures, trends, and developments of the theatre, as well as theatre's dynamic role in both historic and contemporary society.
