This course addresses the special requirements of manufactured home wiring. Manufactured homes incorporate the usual wiring practices learned, but there are some notable exceptions. Special considerations are required for the services, grounding, and self-contained devices having odd panels and outlet locations. The electrical standards for manufactured homes are found in the current NEC, Article 550 and 24 CFR CH xx (4-1-87 Edition). When there is conflict, the CFR takes precedence. Prerequisite: EET 108
