EDUCATION 455: Student Teaching Seminar

The student teaching seminar is a required component of the Professional Semester experience and is taken in conjunction with student teaching. It provides an opportunity to synthesize the student teaching experience and move the student teacher toward the world of teaching at a professional level. Meeting once a week, it offers information on the certification and employment search processes, while also presenting chances to interact with other student teachers. Student teachers are also given the chance to meet with their college supervisors in order to examine their practice in the field. One Credit Cook Both Semesters
