MB 765: Colonialism And Neo- Colonialism
3.00 Credits
Asbury Theological Seminary
Rynkiewich A study using an anthropological perspective to analyze the economic and political situation of the people with whom we are in mission. Just as "market forces" affect our lives here, and the violence of world processes comes close to home, so the people with whom we are in mission live daily with the influences of Colonial, Neo-colonial, Postcolonial and Globalizing forces that often disable their economic efforts and discourage their spirits. What does it mean to be in mission with the whole gospel for the whole people of God?
