CSA 796: Lrng Language Of Wine
0.00 Credits
North Shore Community College
Learning the Language of Wine Pre: Co: Have you ever wandered into a wine shop and become confused by a bewildering array of wines and didn't know where to begin? What is all that swirling and sniffing about anyway? Selecting wine based on your own palate rather than relying on price, eye-catching labels, or evaluations from magazines or critics, is a better way to purchase wine. Learn to evaluate three white wines and three red wines by sight, smell, and taste. This program is ideal for novices, as well as for wine enthusiasts looking to expand their knowledge. A $15.00 fee is payable to the instructor to cover wine and cheese.
