Created pate a choux for both desert and savory treats? Try these and other classic French recipes to wow your family and friends. During the first and second weeks, focus on side dishes and techniques. On week three, create and eat a French dinner accompanied by a mini wine tasting of complementary wines.     Wines of Spain: An Introduction Pre: Co: Spain is the MOST widely planted wine producing country in the world. It is surpassed in wine production only by France and Italy. Spanish wines are some of the best in the world; many are remarkably affordable. This brief course will introduce you to eight different wine growing regions called Denominacion de Origens (similar to French appellations or AOCs). A $20 fee is payable to the instructor to cover wine and tapas. Students are required to bring four wine glasses to each class.

    Group Fitness Instructor Certification Pre: Co: Graduate from being a participant to becoming a certified group exercise instructor. This course provides a total of 30 hours of training; 15 hours of in-class lecture and 15 hours of hands-on practical training. Topics include biomechanics, anatomy, dynamics of group exercise, choreography, music, step basics, cardio boxing, cueing and toning exercises. This course concludes with the national certification written and practical skills exam. A 15-hour internship is required with proof of CPR/AED certification. Textbook is required.
