Learn about equipment, sterilization, safety, and labeling for contest or fair entry. Techniques will range from pickling, to hot-pack, raw-pack, jams, jellies, preserves, conserves, butters, and applesauce. Creative packaging ideas will turn your hard work into great gifts for family and friends.
