We will help you understand and define the qualities of a good innkeeper and determine how this would fit into your lifestyle. Learn the process to go through in acquiring the property. Comparisons will be drawn between purchasing an existing operation and conversion of a private, residence to a B&B. Renovations, marketing, and operating the property will be discussed and innkeepers will share resources they have found helpful. The last session will be a field trip to the George Fuller House B&B Inn of Essex.

Qualified candidates whould be at least possess a High School diploma or equivalent.
