    Novell Service & Support This course focuses on the prevention, diagnosis, and resolution of hardware-related problems net- work professionals encounter while working with the network. Though the course focuses on hard- ware issues in relation to NetWare, students learn practical skills in this course that will help them optimize hardware resources for networking products.     Novell Mastering the Net With NetScape Communicator Mastering the Net with Netscape Communicator is a one-day class designed to give students survey and hands-on introduction to the Netscape Communicator 4.0 application suite. Students learn to browse the Web using Navigator; create HTML documents using Composer; communicate using Messenger; and participate in conference, collaborative computing, and groupware applica- tions using Conference, Calendar and Collabra. Students also learn to use Netcaster to view active content "pushed" to their desktop PCs.
