Introduction to Cad Key: An introduction to the CADKEY Design and Drafting Software, its environment, menus functions and conventions, performed on a CAD workstation. Participants will develop skills to produce mechanical models, three dimensions and orthographic layouts describing those models. Topics covered include menus and menu hierarchy, Geometry creation, edit, detailing, entity manipulation, database interrogation and lay out development. TEXTBOOK REQUIRED.

Adobe Illustrator & PhotoShop Advanced In this course students will learn how to best combine pixel based (such as PhotoShop) with object based (such as Illustrator) programs to achieve the best result possible. Different production and media will be discussed. Subjects such as optimizing color pallets and special filters and techniques will also be covered. Students must have basic knowledge of Adobe Illustrator and PhotoShop.
