    Watercolor: Intermediate/Advanced Pre: Co: Have you dabbled with paints, brushes and paper but don't know what to do next? This class is designed for those who have experience with watercolor and would love to expand their talent to the next level. You will build on previous skills and learn additional tips on how to handle this exceptional medium. Demonstrations and practical exercises will focus on composition, color, texture, realism, and impressionistic expression. Subject matter will be tailored to students' interests as much as possible and may include flowers, landscapes, animals, or self-selected projects. A $20.00 fee is payable to instructor on first day of class.

    Metalsmithing Continued ... Pre: Co: Build on the skills learned in Jewelry and Metalsmithing Introduction and Intermediate levels. Continue to practice newly learned bezel setting skills, and add tube setting to your repertoire. Learn the sawing technique known as piercing. Find out new and interesting ways to use rivets, and much more. Must have metalworking and some soldering experience. All tools and materials provided.     Sculpting and Drawing Pre: Co: Many artists use multi-disciplinary working practices to get their creativity going. Moving from sculptures to drawing allows us to see space in new ways. Drawing negative space, form and volume will enhance our perceptive skills. In this workshop we will learn additive and subtractive techniques for hand- building with clay.
