    Experimenting in Watercolor 2 Experiment with watercolor and its application to both wet and dry paper. Explore negative space and values, creating paintings in soft, delicate pastels to deep dramatic darks. Practice glazing, layering color upon color creating a translucent effect. Let the color flow freely or confine it within the shapes you have selected to create your own unique rendition of the subject. Some previous painting experience is helpful.     Art in Flower Join us on a inner tour of the mind's eye as we arrange unique interpretations of fresh flowers into arrangements to complement fine artwork; inspired by the Museum of Fine Arts where masterpieces are expressed in creative floral interpretations by members of New England garden club members.     Basic Photography & Darkroom & PhotoShop Beginning photographers will have a rare opportunity to explore the 360 experience of learning "how to" operate and understand basic camera settings to take good photo- graphs. Learn how to develop film and then use a scanner for computer application. A 35mm camera is required and should be brought to the first class.     Introduction to Darkroom Students will learn how to use photographic chemicals to process their own negatives and photographic prints in a darkroom setting. The functions of the enlarger will be explored with time for "hands-on" experience to learn basic techniques such as contrast control, dodging and burning. You will also learn the equipment and components needed to set ukp a small darkroom at home. Besides cameras, students will need to supply their own Tri-x and Kodak polycontrast RC paper.     Hand Painted Fall Floor Cloth Pre: Co: Want to create something that greets your guests and is unique and original! Learn to design and paint a Floor Cloth with any theme in mind. Sold in fine gift stores and art shops, floor cloths are expensive to purchase. So, give your home a touch of whimsy for fun. The Floor Cloths are sealed after painted and yes, can be walked on for years. All levels of painters are welcome. A materials fee of $25.00 is payable to the instructor at the first class. This fee includes a Floor Cloth that is primed and ready to paint.
