    Beginning Voice Don't be shy. Your voice is one of the most unique features of the human body - no two are alike! This is a very relaxed setting for new vocalists where you will learn the proper use of the singing voice, breath control, articulation, phrasing and where your vocal range lies. Through demonstration and participation, each student will learn how to overcome their initial fears about singing while understanding the valuable physiological efforts involved in the process.     Victorian "Valentine" Wreaths - One Day Workshop Create two different and unusual, everlasting heart-shaped wreaths this Valentine's Day in "old world" charm. The mother wreath is entwined with snowy white star statice, complicated with pastel pink wildflowers, poppy pods, dusty shades of everlasting flowers, lemon leaves, wintergreen, fern eucalyptus, trimmed with delicate picot-edged ribbons. The smaller wreath is worked on a crimp ring base with identical everlasting flowers floral taped directly onto the frame, finished with an array of lovely colorful ribbons. An information sheet willbe mailed to registered students. Supply fee $22. Hot glue gun required.

    Jewelry and Metalsmithing: Intermediate Pre: Co: Expand your skills learned in Jewelry and Metalsmithing: Introduction. New projects will be presented using mixed metal sheet and wire, incorporating skills such as filing, sanding, dapping, disc cutting, corrugating, twisting and coiling. Apply decorative surface embellishments and symbol and letter stamping. Enhance your jewelry with beads and patinas. Tools and equipment provided. A $50 materials kit (copper sheet, silver wire, polishing materials, and a selection of semi-precious stones) is payable to instructor at first class.
