    Heart Rhythm Meditation-Physical Heart Health Pre: Co: Learn the basics of the Heart Rhythm technique for mediation practice. There will be a different practice each week, building on the one before, focusing on the breath and the heartbeat. We will use class time for discussion of the techniques, reporting on the experience of practicing in the previous week, and experiencing meditation guided by the instructor.

    Emotional Heart Health Pre: Co: A beginning course in meditation; appropriate for first time meditators, or persons interested in learning more about Heart Rhythm Practice. This course will build upon methods learned in center brings awareness to the individual of the heart's wounds and leads to fulfillment of the heart's purpose. This meditation is done in an upright, seated position; you may wish to bring a pillow or blanket to enhance comfort in this position. Each week, we will review our experience from recent meditations, discuss questions raised, and learn a new practice guided by the instructor.

    Vinyasa Yoga - NEW! Pre: Co: Vinyasa yoga poses liked by conscious breath. Classes start slowly with a strong concentration on the breath to ease you out of the external stimulation of our everyday lives and into our bodies as means to quiet the mind and nurture the soul. You will learn a series of flowing Sun Salutations and standing poses that focus on form and alignment to build core strength. This class is open to all levels. Please wear comfortable clothing and bring a yoga mat.

    Intermediate Fit Pilates Pre: Co: Challenge your arm and leg muscles even further as you build upon what you're learning in Intermediate Essential Mat Pilates. Stability balls and fitness bands will develop your arms and legs as you strengthen your core. Wear loose, comfortable clothing and socks.     Introduction to Shiatsu Pre: Co: Shiatsu (meaning "finger pressure") is a healing method of touch based on the five-element theory of Traditional Chinese Medicine and the same energy meridians and points used by acupuncturists. Learn the basics of Qi (energy) and its pathways, the 12 meridians, develop sensitivity of touch and observational skills. Learn to recognize the qualities of the five elements in other people, the world around us, and ourselves. Finally, learn principles of movement that protect and support the giver's body, so that each session is beneficial to both the giver and receiver. Class includes demonstration and practice with a partner, fully clothed on a floor mat.
