    Fit Pilates Pre: Co: Take what you learned in Essential Mat Pilates and continue to challenge your core strength as well as your periphery (arms and legs). Stability balls and fitness bands will be used. Wear loose and comfortable clothing and socks. Please bring an exercise or yoga mat and a stability ball in a size appropriate to your height.
