Everyday Self-Defense Pre: Co: A basic course in self defense techniques for men and women of all ages who want to build self-esteem and confidence, and feel safer and more secure in their day-to-day routines. Minimum lectures will be followed by one-on-one practice with individual attention as time and students' need dictate. Students will play the role of aggressor and defender.
