This session will introduce crab squares; profiteroles with gorgonzola and roast beef; curried cashew chicken skewers; chicken almond stuffed mushroom caps; dates filled with almond, honey, and goat cheese; and mini frittatas topped with vegetable compote. After this class, you will never again buy those frozen hors d'oeuvres with their preservatives and high calories. A $40 perishables fee is payable to the instructor in class.
