Often we're told there's not much to be done; but in reality, there is a great deal we can do. This class offers several holistic modalities that you can use to help with healing on several levels. We will discuss and experience meditation, spiritual connection with our guides, herbal remedies for body care and mental health, changing our responses to the past and ways to incorporate movement. there will be a make-and-take portion with herbal remedies.
