    A Day for Caregivers Pre: Co: Almost everyone will be a caregiver at some in their lives. And no one knows like a caregiver how stressful, and challenging, but also how rewarding it can be. Please join us for a day of hands-on, information and self-care topics especially with you in mind. A range of subjects will be covered along with self-care techniques and coping tips. Here are just a few of the topics we'll cover: grief and depression, the healing power of presence, community resources, elder law; and caregiver burnout. Learn how caregivers can better care for themselves and others through meditation, reiki, massage, floral essences and humor. Please bring a bag lunch.
