    Tai Chi And QI Gong (Chi Kung) Tai Chi is an ancient Chinese Martial Art and healthful form of exercise. It has been called a meditation in motion that promotes relaxation, health and longevity. Qi Gong (Chi Kung) are postures related to Yoga and Tai Chi. Based on traditional Chinese Medicine the focus is on stretching. It is connected to Chinese Acupuncture and massage. Qi Gong is 6:00-6:40 and Tai Chi is 6:40-8:00 PM; (32 hours of in- struction). Classes are held twice each week. It is more beneficial to you if you are able to attend both evenings. CSJ201AOS has 32 hours of instruction and CSJ201ACS has 12 hours of instruction.

    Music and Healing Pre: Co: Elect: This course will cover the invaluable scientific work of Dr. Alfred Tomatis, a French physician, who demonstrated that we only hear what we want to hear and the voice frequencies contain only what the ear can hear.
