By learning such postures as the fish, the cobra, the camel, and many more, children enjoy the playful aspect of yoga. Yoga is a wonderful tool for children which encourages flexibility, strength, balance, coordination, good posture, and focus. Yoga teaches children to relax in their bodies and to honor their own unique place in the world.
