Herbs, either purchased or home-grown, can be combined in distinctive, flavorful culinary blends to give any dish special character. With the holiday season in view, students will learn how to make wreaths and arrangements using garden herbs, flowers, and wayside materials. This course is designed to please the senses of smell, taste, and sight. Students should bring $8 to the first class for groceries and related products.
