It increase your body's flexibility, strength, and muscle tone. This beginner level course is designed to make you feel comfortable with your body. Belly dancing will give you a sense of rhythmic affinity for the music. It improves body tone, focusing on body isolations and coordination. No previous dance experience is necessary. This class is for all sizes, shapes and ages of women. Wear comfortable clothing.
