TETA 3300: Advanced Stage Lighting Design

3 cr. 4 hr. The class is a lecture/laboratory study of the problems of stage lighting for the proscenium and non-proscenium stages. Students are expected to develop and apply concept and historical lighting techniques in various theater and dance genre (musical-comedy, cabaret, modern and jazz dance). Computer applied lighting will be used in a production environment. Prerequisites: TETA 2300, ITEC 2410.
