Supervised experience in a work setting providing students the opportunity to apply their classroom learning and skills outside the academic world. Will be one term (fall or spring) for which students receive three units for eight hours of work per week. Junior or senior undergraduate students in good academic standing who meet the requirements established for the Proficiency in Spanish (completion of 9 units hours of required courses) can apply for the internship during the month of November for the spring term and during the month of April for the fall term. Prerequisites: open only to students who are enrolled in the Proficiency Program in Spanish who have complied with the program regulations. Written consent of coordinator of the program.
