This course is designed to help each student understand and have knowledge to engage in a variety of team sports activities (basketball, softball, volleyball and soccer). Students are encouraged to learn at their own pace by using steps of progression and to integrate their new skills into the total action of activity. Our goal is to enhance the student's confidence and comfort level in one or more of these activities so that they can establish and maintain an active lifestyle by participating in a team sport.
