Description: Comprehensive treatment of general biochemistry with clinical applications, oriented toward human biology. Includes protein and nucleotide chemistry and metabolism, enzymology, lipid and carbohydrate metabolism, metabolic regulation, biochemical nutrition, biochemical endocrinology and related topics.
