(Same as Plant Soil and Agricultural Systems 497) A capstone course in product support, interpretation of financial reports, preparing and monitoring budgets, time and process management, critical thinking, advanced problem solving. Prerequisites: AGSY 118, 190, 375. Restricted to senior standing.

(Same as Plant Soil and Agricultural Systems 499) A general inquiry into the agriculture literacy appropriate for elementary students. A framework for evaluating content appropriate for elementary students in the pursuit of agriculture literacy will be developed. Special approval needed from the department.

This course is an introduction to the study of medical language with a working knowledge of the most common word roots, prefixes and suffixes in medical terminology. Emphasis is placed on spelling, pronunciation, use of the medical dictionary and the Physician's Desk Reference (PDR), vocabulary building, common abbreviations and charting terms.

(Advanced University Core Curriculum course) A survey of the functions and structures of the ten basic systems of the human body: integumentary, skeletal, muscular, nervous, endocrine, hematocardiovascular, lymphoimmune, respiratory, genitourinary and reproductive. Satisfies the University Core Curriculum Human Health requirement in lieu of Physiology 201.

Credit granted for job skills, management-worker relations and supervisory experience for past work experience while employed in industry, business, the professions, or service occupations. Credit will be established by school evaluation.

A designation for credit granted for past occupational educational experiences related to the student's educational objectives. Credit will be established by school evaluation.

1.00 - 3.00 Credits
A topical seminar conducted by staff members or distinguished guest lectures on pertinent areas of allied health. Mandatory Pass/Fall. Special approval needed from the school.

3.00 Credits
This course will lead the student through the appropriate systems for course development and implementation. Topics will include: analyzing the components and requirements of the Allied Health Professions, assessment, task analysis, course objectives, lecture and laboratory methods and utilization, and evaluation. Special approval needed from the school.

This class is designed to provide basic knowledge for individuals interested in pursuing a career in the area of forensic science. Students will gain an understanding of and an appreciation for the various tasks and skills associated with forensic investigation. The student will gain an understanding of post-mortem examinations, post-mortem changes, crime scene identification, basic odontology and radiology as each relates to forensic science. Special approval needed from the school.

Each student will be assigned to a University approved organizational, facility, and/or institution engaged in activities related to the student's academic program and career objectives. The student will perform duties and services as assigned by the preceptor and coordinator. Reports and assignments are required to be completed by the student. Hours and credits to be individually arranged. Mandatory Pass/Fail. Special approval needed from the school.
