Students will learn how to apply proven techniques of the genre to their own creative nonfiction works, analyze numerous models, and receive feedback from classmates and the instructor. Emphasis will be placed on the flexibility of the form to include memoir writing, feature stories, essays in verse, and the mosaic essay.
