This course contains mathematical material appropriate for students studying to be elementary school teachers. It includes operations on real numbers, problem solving techniques, prime factorizations, numerical systems, simplifying numeric expressions, sets and Venn diagrams, converting base systems, solving geometric problems, identification and classification of two and three dimensional figures, and finding area and perimeter of these figures.
