2 Credit hours 30 Contact hours Designed to increase speed and improve accuracy in keyboarding on the PC through the use of correct techniques and concentrated effort. Co-requisite: BTE 100.

Includes office organization, work in the office, office layout, equipment and supplies, procurement and control, work flow, forms design, record storage and retrieval systems, personnel administration and problems, and government control. Provides the basic concepts of marketing and principles of management and finance needed to manage a small business.
