This course involves approximately onehalf day of assessment activities. During the Assessment Center, students complete a series of exercises, aimed at evaluating their skill level on a variety of behavioral dimensions (e.g., communication, teamwork, problem-solving skills). During most exercises, trained assessors from the business community observe the students. The assessors provide immediate verbal feedback and complete written evaluation forms, which the students receive subsequent to the completion of the assessment center. Offered in the fall term. Prerequisite: sophomore standing. S/U grade.
