It focuses on collective bargaining and the functions of management, unions and labor agreements. An indepth study will be made of the Labor Management Relations Act as amended, the National Labor Relations Board, and the Landrum-Griffin Act. Special attention is given to grievance procedures and arbitration cases. Negotiations of a collective bargaining agreement will be simulated. Transfer Credit: CSU
