    Class hours: 0.5 Lecture/1.5 Laboratory This course is designed to cover the following three areas: 1) analysis and training of volleyball skills including specialized positions, 2) analysis of various team offensive and defensive systems, and 3) physical conditioning including jump training, strength training and aerobic conditioning.     Class hours: 1.0 Lecture/3.0 Laboratory This course is designed to provide the physical training and preparation to become a competitive college wrestler. It will be an intensive power-training program based on the overload principle. The course will improve strength, flexibility, and endurance. This course may be repeated for a maximum of 4 times.
