Provides an overview of the role of the military in our national security policy and processes. It includes an analysis of the roles of the three branches of government as they relate to national security; an examination of the doctrine and organization of the Air Force as well as other branches of the military; an overview of military ethics; and a discussion of global current events which impact our national security. There is a specific focus on molecular, Mendelian and population genetics, mechanisms of evolution, primatology, paleoanthropology, biocultural adaptations, and human variation.
