Variety of activity courses to select from, including aerobic dance, badminton, basketball, bowling, cross-country skiing, fencing, figure control, fitness and conditioning, golf, gymnastics, handball, horsemanship, ice skating, judo, racquetball, racquet sports, rock climbing, scuba diving, downhill skiing, softball, squash, swimming, tennis, tumbling, volleyball, water polo, weight training, and yoga. Note: You cannot count PES 100 toward any major program in physical education. Pass-fail only.
