Clinical activities include patient data collection through chart review and patient drug histories, interpretation of serum drug concentrations utilizing various kinetic formulae, and providing consultation to physicians regarding drug dosing. The student will develop knowledge and skills in teaching and precepting pharmacy students in the classroom and practice setting. Additionally, governance of professions, through legislative initiatives and selfregulatory methods will be discussed. Additionally, students will participate in ongoing activities of the organization to which they are assigned including research projects, professional meeting planning, pharmacy advocacy and advancement of the profession.
